Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing ITSM modules, developing workflows, integrations, and scripting to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Create and customize Service Catalog items and approval workflows.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and releases
