Assistant Manager Physician Reviewer Healthcare Remote (India) 1+ Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Physician Reviewer with 1+ years of clinical experience to review medical records, summarize relevant clinical information, and ensure accurate documentation as per defined clinical guidelines. The ideal candidate should have an MBBS or foreign MD qualification, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior exposure to the US healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Reviewing medical records and summarizing relevant clinical information as per defined guidelines.
2. Evaluating clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
3. Preparing concise and accurate clinical summaries.
4. Meeting quality, accuracy, and productivity targets consistently.
5. Maintaining and updating reports and documentation.
6. Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
7. Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
8. Ensuring compliance with organizational and client quality standards.
9. Working independently while effectively contributing to team objectives.

Requirements

1. Holding an MBBS degree or MD (Foreign Medical Graduate).
2. Having a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
3. Possessing MCI/NMC registration (preferred but not mandatory).
4.



Having prior exposure to the US healthcare system (preferred).
5. Demonstrating proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Possessing strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
7. Having a broadband internet connection for permanent work-from-home.
8. Demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
