REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

As a Security Compliance Specialist within the consulting sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization adheres to relevant security and compliance standards. This position requires a keen understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, ISO, and GDPR and the ability to support audit activities effectively.

Description

- 6-9 years of experience in security compliance, audit support, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, including SOX, ISO, and GDPR.

- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools, preferably Saviynt.

- Proven ability to document and maintain security standards, procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to monitoring and resolving issues.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support audit activities related to SOX, ISO, and GDPR, providing necessary evidence for compliance.

- Ensure governance controls,



segregation of duties (SOD) policies, and access review processes are functioning correctly.

- Maintain and update documentation for security standards, procedures, workflows, and operational runbooks.

- Proactively monitor job failures and pending tasks, ensuring timely resolution to maintain operational efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes, ensuring timely access provisioning and deprovisioning.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to identity and access management (IAM) policies, standards, and governance requirements.

- Support the complete user, entitlement, and role lifecycle operations within Saviynt, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

- Resolve customer issues within defined service level agreements, delivering solutions that align with business needs and organizational standards.
