Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated L3 Support Engineer (.NET) to provide advanced production support for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling critical production incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes, and ensuring high application availability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 production support for critical customer issues and production incidents.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support major incident management during critical business hours.
- Analyze application code and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Develop, test, and deploy hotfixes and product enhancements.
- Review application logs, SQL queries, APIs, and system performance to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, QA, DevOps, and L1/L2 Support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines,



and development best practices.
- Participate in production deployments and release validation.
- Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Mentor L1 and L2 support teams by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and API troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools.
- Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
