Responsibilities: Lead enterprise Linux platform design & support, manage HA Linux environments (on-prem/hybrid cloud), administer IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS), deploy/manage OpenShift & Kubernetes, perform performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, security hardening, patching, compliance, HA/DR, troubleshoot complex issues, automate using Bash/Python/Ansible/Terraform, collaborate with DevOps/Security teams, and mentor engineers.
Must-Have: Linux Admin (RHEL/CentOS/Oracle Linux) 10+ years, GPFS 4+ years, OpenShift 23 years, Kubernetes 23 years, Bash/Python, Ansible/Terraform, Linux Performance Tuning, Security Hardening & Patch Management, HA/DR, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
Valuable-to-Have: Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, RHCE/RHCA/CKA certifications, DevOps practices, Team Leadership & Mentoring.
