Job Title: Technician

Experience: 13 Years (Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma may also apply)

Location: As per project requirement

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a safety-first approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, operate, and maintain equipment, machinery, or systems as per project requirements.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect equipment regularly and report any defects or abnormalities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.




- Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of work areas and tools.
- Assist in commissioning and testing of newly installed equipment.

Required Skills

- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and at project sites, if required.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.

Qualification

- ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Electronics/Mechanic) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant technical certification is an added advantage
