We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth by building a strong sales pipeline for ERP solutions, custom software development, and pre-built digital platforms .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline for ERP and software solutions
- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market outreach
- Engage with prospects to understand requirements and position suitable technology solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution mapping
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting accuracy




- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in IT/software/ERP sales
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, custom software projects, or SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
