We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth by building a strong sales pipeline for ERP solutions, custom software development, and pre-built digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline for ERP and software solutions

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market outreach

Engage with prospects to understand requirements and position suitable technology solutions

Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions

Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution mapping

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting accuracy





Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in IT/software/ERP sales

Solid understanding of ERP systems, custom software projects, or SaaS solutions

Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
