Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and target markets

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms

Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations

Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations

Maintain customer records in CRM systems

Follow up with prospects and existing clients

Support market research and competitor analysis

Track sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science,



or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of IT products, software, or technology services

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM

Experience in lead generation or customer outreach

Basic knowledge of cloud computing or software solutions
