Role Description The IT Recruiter role at DSRC is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The IT Recruiter will use various channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals to build robust candidate pipelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding role requirements, conducting initial technical and behavioral assessments, scheduling and following up on interviews, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding.



The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with HR and business units to align staffing needs with project demands, and promoting DSRC’s employer brand to potential candidates.

Qualifications

Ability to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.

Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience hiring for diverse technology roles.

Demonstrated skills in Hiring activities such as candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.

Knowledge of current recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset to track recruitment metrics and improve sourcing and selection strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience as an IT or technical recruiter is preferred.

Familiarity with HR policies, hiring best practices, and non-discriminatory recruitment standards.

Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
