In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes while leading and guiding a small team of junior recruiters/sourcers. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on experience in sourcing technical talent, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical / IT Recruitment (End-to-End) - Manage full lifecycle IT recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, QA, etc.).

- Partner with hiring managers and tech leads to understand technical requirements, team structures, and position objectives.
- Source candidates through qualified networks, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech forums (GitHub, Stack Overflow), and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interview rounds, assess culture fit, evaluate technical alignment,



and manage candidate expectations regarding compensation.
- Team Leadership & Handling - Lead, mentor, and monitor a small team of junior recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Assign hiring mandates, track daily recruitment activities, and set achievable weekly/monthly placement targets for the team.
- Provide continuous coaching on sourcing strategies, salary negotiation techniques, and candidate relationship management.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews, address bottlenecks in the pipeline, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Strategy & Stakeholder Management Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill technical skill sets. Manage relationship pipelines with external recruitment vendors and agencies when necessary. Track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality) and present report insights to senior HR leadership. Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to build a strong employer brand.
