You will be responsible for resolving issues and handling service requests through email, phone calls, and live chat support.

Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for Ecolab’s digital platform users, primarily sales representatives across global regions. Communicate effectively through email, inbound/outbound calls, and instant messaging platforms.



Work in rotational shifts based on business requirements. Follow a Monday–Friday work schedule.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science or Engineering). Robust analytical skills with a quick learning aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Bonus

Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory) Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM tools. Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Azure.
