Role & responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

1. Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
2. Administer Windows Servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
3. Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
4. Monitor network health, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
5. Ensure seamless connectivity and accessibility for all internal systems and users.

System Administration & Support
1. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications on user workstations.
2. Manage IT assets, including inventory, deployment, and decommissioning of hardware and software.
3. Perform regular data backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
4. Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
5. Provide first-line and second-line IT support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.

IT Compliance & Validation
1. Maintain comprehensive and accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and validation records.
2. Stay updated on Pharma CSV trends and GXP environment requirements to recommend best practices.
3. Participate actively in internal and external IT audits,



providing necessary documentation and support.
4. Ensure all IT systems and operations comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal SOPs.
5. Implement and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) processes in accordance with GXP guidelines.

Security & Risk Management
1. Assist in developing and testing disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems.
2. Educate users on IT security best practices and phishing awareness.
3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement patches and updates to mitigate risks.
4. Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures across the organization.
5. Manage and monitor firewall configurations to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Collaboration & Career development
1. Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff or interns as needed.
2. Attend training and professional development courses to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and services.
4. Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects requiring IT involvement.
