The role involves IT asset management, employee onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

Manage laptop allocation, installation,



and configuration for new joiners.

Handle IT asset inventory, tracking, and documentation.

Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including collection of IT assets.

Manage user access, IT documentation, asset records, security compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and employee support.
