We are looking for an experienced IT Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, digital marketing, and business development activities for our software products and IT services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and digital outreach, with the ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for software products and IT services.

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels.

- Identify and approach potential clients in domestic and international markets.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.

- Manage CRM records, lead pipelines, and follow-up activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.

- Monitor campaign performance and submit daily and weekly marketing reports.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

- Support branding, website content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.





- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, online demos, and networking events.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in IT marketing, software sales, or business development.

- Strong understanding of software products, IT services, and the software development lifecycle.

- Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing and sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or a related field.

- Experience working in an IT services or software development company.

- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,957.85 per month
