Role : The IT Manager/Lead The IT Manager/Lead will lead and manage the organizations IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. This role involves overseeing on-premises and cloud environments, managing IT assets, licenses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The IT Manager will also mentor the IT team, handle audits, and drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Infrastructure Management :

- Administer Windows Server environments and manage Hyper-V virtualization.
- Oversee networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage on-premise physical storage and backup strategies.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint and collaboration platforms.

2. Cloud &

- Licensing :
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, configuration, and compliance.
- Basic administration of Azure services (VMs, networking, IAM).
- Plan and track application licenses across the organization.

3. Security &

- Compliance :
- Implement security management practices, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessments.
- Handle audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with ITIL and security standards.

IT Service Management :

- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
- Oversee desktop support and end-user issue resolution.

5. Asset &

- Identity Management :
- Manage IT asset lifecycle and maintain accurate inventory.
- Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Team Leadership :





- Lead and mentor IT team members, allocate resources, and manage workload.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

7. Communication &

- Coordination :
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support.

8. Project &

- Budget Management :
- Plan and execute IT projects within timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets for infrastructure and software.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Windows Server administration, Active Directory.
- Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewall configuration.
- Hyper-V virtualization and storage management.
- Microsoft 365 administration and license management.
- SharePoint configuration and maintenance.
- Basic Azure administration (VMs, networking, IAM).
- Security management (firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning).

- ITIL framework knowledge.
- Audit handling and compliance reporting.
