About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, security and day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our technology ecosystem remains secure, scalable, and always available while leading infrastructure projects, vendor partnerships, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and business continuity.
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity planning, and optimization.

2. Network & Security

- Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint security.
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, vulnerability management, and access controls.
- Support ISO/ISMS compliance and incident response.

3. Cloud & Server Administration

- Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Azure/AWS environments and backup & disaster recovery solutions.

4. IT Operations

- Lead the IT support function and ensure SLA adherence.
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Drive service excellence across multiple office locations.

5. Projects & Vendor Management

- Deliver infrastructure projects including office expansions, migrations, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, AMCs, budgets, and technology evaluations.

6. Compliance

- Maintain IT policies, documentation, SOPs, asset registers,



and audit readiness.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
- Experience managing enterprise IT environments across multiple locations
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, servers, networking, and security
- Experience leading IT teams and vendor ecosystems
