IT Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, Office 365 & Google Workspace administration, network and server support, IT security, asset management, CCTV systems, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and end-user technical support.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, password resets, and access permissions in Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Administer Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic network infrastructure.
- Monitor servers, internet connectivity, firewall, VPN, antivirus, backups, and bandwidth utilization.
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems across office locations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware allocation records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs,



and service providers for procurement and issue resolution.
- Provide remote IT support and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 Admin Center and Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, firewall, VPN, antivirus, and endpoint security.
- Experience with IT asset management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

- Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate
- Google Workspace Administrator
- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
- ITIL Foundation

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
