Experience 2-3 Years

1. Infrastructure Management

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

1. Network Administration

- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and WiFi networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.

1. Server & System Administration

- Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Handle user account management, group policies, and access control.
- Maintain server backups and disaster recovery procedures.

1. Security & Compliance

- Implement IT security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts.




- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.

1. IT Asset & Inventory Management

- Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
- Track asset allocation and lifecycle management.

1. Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide L2/L3 level technical support to users.
- Resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, Email, and applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.

1. Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
- Ensure regular backup verification and restoration testing.
