ROLE OVERVIEW Royal Cyber is seeking a QAD Developer with strong EDI and integration experience to build and deliver the full QAD-side integration. This role covers five brands (Rotronic, Michell, Ntron, SST, Dynament) running on QAD across US and UK/EU entities. You will own all QAD-side integration workstreams from Discovery (W1) through to go-live at W18, including EDI flow development, product/pricing feed configuration, order status automation, and SFDC/Hybris connectivity via Boomi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in discovery from W1 — document QAD entity structure (multiple US + UK/EU entities per brand), integration touchpoints, and data models

- Build and configure EDI transaction flows within QAD: 850 PO inbound, 855 order confirmation outbound, 856 ASN outbound, 810 invoice outbound, 860 change order handling
- Implement product and pricing feed from SAP S/4HANA into QAD — catalogue alignment across all five brands and multiple entities
- Develop order status update flows from QAD to SFDC and SAP Hybris via Boomi
- Build inventory feed from QAD to SAP Hybris (ecommerce platform)
- Implement returns/RMA status flows: QAD → SFDC case update → Hybris
- Implement Akeneo inventory sync (S/4HANA ↔ QAD) and Akeneo price feed (S/4HANA → Akeneo)




- Configure Boomi processes for all non-CPI flows (SFDC, Hybris, Akeneo, order status, returns)
- Participate in SIT (W9–W13), EDI partner regression (W12–W14), UAT support, and go-live cutover at W18
- Produce QAD integration runbooks and hand over to client team at programme close REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years hands-on QAD ERP development and configuration experience
- Solid QAD EDI knowledge — inbound/outbound transaction configuration (850, 855, 856, 810, 860)
- Experience with multi-entity QAD environments (US and international entities)
- Familiarity with Boomi AtomSphere for middleware integration (process design, connectors)
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA product/pricing data structures for feed configuration
- Experience with EDI VAN connectivity and partner onboarding / regression testing
- Ability to work within a structured SDLC with formal SIT/UAT and cutover processes PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with SAP Hybris B2B commerce integration
- Knowledge of Akeneo PIM connector patterns
- Familiarity with SFDC integration for order and case management
- Previous work on M&A; integration or ERP harmonisation programmes
