Position: IT Audit Consultant / Senior Consultant

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing

Preferred Background: Big 4 Consulting Firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent consulting experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Audit professional with 4–5 years of experience in IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and ERP audits. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in auditing Oracle and SAP environments and a solid understanding of IT risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks. Experience auditing manufacturing sector clients will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and lead ITGC and ITAC assessments for external and internal audit engagements.
- Perform risk-based testing of IT controls, including:

o User Access Management o Change Management o IT Operations o Program Development and Implementation Controls
- Conduct SAP and Oracle ERP control reviews and application control testing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of automated and manual controls within enterprise applications.
- Identify control deficiencies, assess risks, and recommend remediation plans. Support SOX compliance, internal audits, and regulatory audits.
- Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and audit reports in accordance with professional standards.




- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes and control environments.
- Participate in client discussions, walkthroughs, and reporting of audit observations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in IT Audit, ITGC, ITAC, SOX, or Risk Assurance. Strong expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC). Hands-on experience auditing SAP and Oracle environments.
- Experience performing application control reviews and ERP security assessments.
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with audit tools and documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience conducting IT audits for manufacturing industry clients. Understanding of COBIT, COSO, and other IT governance frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
