We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Administrator (L2/L3) to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensure business continuity, strengthen cybersecurity, and provide excellent technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Infrastructure Management

- Monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, security patches, and configuration management.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and system administration activities.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
- Execute and monitor scheduled data backups and restoration activities.

Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure network security through firewall policies, access controls, VPN management, and security best practices.
- Coordinate ISP connectivity and network infrastructure upgrades.

User Support & IT Service Management
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Resolve user incidents within defined SLAs and maintain high service quality.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities including user account creation, permissions, and device allocation.
- Conduct end-user training on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and technology best practices.

Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners,



servers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage software deployments, licensing, upgrades, and renewals.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

Information Security
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and organizational standards.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and security monitoring tools.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
- Respond to security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.

System Performance & Optimization
- Monitor system health and proactively optimize infrastructure performance.
- Conduct capacity planning based on business growth and utilization trends.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for system architecture, network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and IT processes.
- Generate reports related to system performance, incidents, security events, and asset utilization.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and applicable industry standards.

Project & Vendor Management
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects including migrations, cloud initiatives, network upgrades, and software deployments.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty management, AMC support, and technical escalations.
- Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and IT procurement planning.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct periodic backup validation and disaster recovery drills.
- Ensure rapid recovery of critical systems during outages and business disruptions.

Automation & Continuous Improvement




- Research emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine IT operations using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting tools.
- Continuously improve IT processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified , CCNA , MCSA , Azure Administrator , VMware , ITIL , or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience L2
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.
- Robust hands-on experience with Windows servers, networking, Microsoft 365, and end-user support.
