Position: Garment Care Executive (Iron Press) Department: Operations Reporting To: Operations Supervisor / Hub Manager Key Responsibilities: Perform professional ironing and pressing of garments using steam, dry, or coal iron as per company standards. Inspect garments before and after pressing for stains, damages, or defects. Ensure garments are wrinkle-free, neatly folded, and prepared for packaging.

Follow fabric care instructions to prevent damage to delicate garments. Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of ironing equipment and work area. Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Handle customer garments with care and maintain confidentiality. Report damaged garments or equipment issues immediately to the supervisor. Follow all workplace safety and hygiene guidelines.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of different fabrics and ironing techniques.



Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Positive teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit to stand and work for extended periods.

Qualifications: Minimum: 10th Pass (preferred). Prior experience in garment pressing, laundry, or textile care is an advantage.

Working Hours: As per company shift schedule.

Performance

Indicators (KPIs): Garment quality and finishing standards. Daily productivity. On-time completion of assigned work. Low garment damage/error rate. Compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Pay: ₹10,020.02 - ₹32,528.45 per month
