- Iron garments as per approved standards without causing damage.
- Check garments for stains, holes, loose threads, and other defects before packing.
- Fold garments according to buyer specifications.
- Attach price tags, size stickers, barcode labels, and other required accessories.
- Pack garments in polybags, cartons, or other packaging materials as per customer requirements.
- Verify garment quantity, size, color, and style before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ironing and packing area.
- Handle steam irons and packing equipment safely.
- Report damaged garments or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow production targets and complete work within the required timeline.
- Follow company safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory counting and carton preparation for dispatch when required.

Qualifications

- Minimum: 8th Pass / 10th Pass (preferred).
- Previous experience in garment ironing or packing is an added advantage.
