We’re looking for a Senior IoT Platform Engineer / Technical Leader to build and scale enterprise-grade IoT platforms handling real-time telemetry data from industrial & construction equipment.

? What We’re Looking For:

✅ 14+ years of Software Engineering experience

✅ 6+ years of solid AWS experience

✅ 5+ years in Technical Leadership / Lead Developer roles

✅ 3+ years of team management/mentoring

✅ 2+ years in IoT / Real-Time Data / Telemetry platforms

✅ Strong Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x & Python 3

✅ Hands-on with AWS Lambda, IoT Core, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SQS/SNS, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, API Gateway, CloudWatch

✅ Strong understanding of Event-Driven, Serverless, Microservices & CQRS architectures

✅ Experience with MQTT, UDP,



Binary Protocols & Telematics

✅ Strong REST API, SQL, Docker, CI/CD & GitHub Actions experience

✅ Excellent communication, architecture and problem-solving skills

? Good to Have: Groovy, Snowflake, Apache Spark/PySpark, Linux, Binary Protocol Parsing & Data Engineering.

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science/Engineering.
