About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, high-performing real estate professionals to join our Kuwait team as Investment Managers.

You will be responsible for advising clients on premium residential investment opportunities across Dubai and the UAE, helping them build long-term wealth through real estate investments.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building client relationships, and want to accelerate their career in international real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage qualified investor leads.
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and investment consultations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales process.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and current project launches.
- Build long-term relationships with investors for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Luxury Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling ability.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Ability to build trust with high-value clients.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹158,708.63 - ₹1,021,911.22 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Raigad District): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
