Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, DCF modeling, and equity research.

- Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, and other materials for clients.

- Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

- Develop robust relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in creating complex financial models using tools like Excel or similar software.

- 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or related field (private equity).

- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts such as capital structure optimization and financing strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent certifications are preferred.

- Prior internship or experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Valuation is an advantage.
