Required Qualifications & Skills:-

- MBA/PGDM in Finance and / or Data Analytics or Data Science (2024 Batch)
- No current backlogs
- 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
- Course work and relevant internship work, work experience, or personal project experience demonstrating aptitude and skills to translate technical and business requirements, drive projects through collaboration, and provide solutions
- Ability to communicate and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in navigating and facilitating the change management process for implementation of frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Resilient and creative mindset; ability to challenge the status quo and develop new solutions
- Collaborate with multiple departments and effectively influence positive change and ideas

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Work closely with leadership team on transformational initiatives and assist in building and implementing enterprise-wide data strategy plan
- Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders to gather business requirements and handle queries
- Support execution of data initiatives in various domains through analysis, solutioning,



cross team coordination and recommendations
- Develop solid understanding of business processes, perform research to propose improvement ideas to the existing processes
- Establish seamless communication of project updates and issues to leadership team
- Prepare and maintain extensive documentation capturing various project initiatives
