Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage fabrics, trims, accessories, and production inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and smooth coordination with Design, Production, and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory of fabrics, trims, and production materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
- Coordinate with Design and Production teams for stock requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.




- Coordinate with vendors for inventory-related requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or operations are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
