Job Opening: Purchase & Inventory Management Executive (Mobile Industry) We are hiring a Purchase & Inventory Management Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the mobile industry .

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mobile phones, accessories, and related products. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation and physical stock audits. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth inventory movement and order fulfillment.

Analyze inventory trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for inventory optimization.



Handle vendor negotiations, pricing, payment follow-ups, and purchase documentation. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and inventory control procedures.

Work with ERP systems and advanced Excel for purchase planning, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Requirements 3–4 years of experience in purchase and inventory management within the mobile or smartphone industry. Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
