Role Description The Internship Trainee will support daily operations of the performing arts company in a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India.

Responsibilities may include assisting with rehearsals, performance preparation, and studio organization, as well as helping coordinate schedules, props, costumes, and basic technical requirements. The trainee will support administrative tasks such as maintaining records, organizing files, and helping with communications related to performances and events. The role may also involve contributing to creative brainstorming sessions, documenting rehearsals,



and assisting with social media or promotional activities under guidance.

This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to professional performing arts production and company management.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in performing arts, dance, or stage production and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling support, file management, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with dancers, instructors, and production staff.
- Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and work reliably in a fast-paced, creative workplace.
- Comfort with using basic computer tools; familiarity with social media or simple content creation is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to support rehearsal setups, stage preparation, and movement around the studio or performance venue.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a respectful attitude toward diverse artistic practices and team members.
- Relevant coursework, prior internship, or volunteer experience in performing arts, event management, or related fields is a plus.
