About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GRC Intern to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit activities.

What you'll do

- Maintain GRC documentation, policies, and compliance trackers.

- Support compliance activities aligned with IRDAI Cyber Security Guidelines and NIST CSF.

- Assist with risk assessments, audit support, and evidence collection.

- Organize and manage compliance documentation and audit evidence.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Research regulatory updates and support security awareness initiatives.

What we're looking for

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and compliance concepts.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage audit evidence.

- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Valuable to have

- Coursework or certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.

- Exposure to GRC, audits, or compliance through academic projects or internships.

- Interest in the insurance or fintech domain.
