Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales professionals to join our international telecom sales team for the AT&T; process. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, promoting telecom products/services, generating sales, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers in international markets (primarily US customers) through outbound/inbound calls.

Promote and sell telecom products and services such as internet plans, mobile plans, bundled packages, upgrades, and add-on services offered by AT&T.; Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans/products. Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems. Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Upsell and cross-sell additional telecom services whenever applicable.



Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on telecom products, pricing plans, and competitor offerings.

Required

Skills:Excellent English communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Experience in international voice sales/BPO sales preferred. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills. Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings). Target-oriented mindset. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Qualifications:Any graduate/undergraduate can apply. Prior experience in international sales/telecom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
