- Handle day-to-day cashless claim-related activities efficiently.
- Verify and validate information submitted by insured members.
- Manage communication and address queries from customers/providers via email and phone.
- Process and adjudicate claims as per policy terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (international process).
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with or without experience who are interested in building a career in the healthcare domain are encouraged to apply.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word).
