Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US processes.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an international call center or BPO workplace.
- Proficiency in handling international voice processes (UK/US) with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements.
