Ampex Global is a Hong Kong-based international trading, sourcing and procurement company with over 35 years of industry experience and more than 20 years of global trading operations. We help businesses source products, manage procurement and navigate international trade across industries including FMCG, food & beverage, healthcare, consumer electronics, construction materials and industrial raw materials.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive International Trade & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management of our international trading operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on operations role where you'll work closely with the Founder to ensure customer orders move smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

You'll coordinate suppliers, shipping partners and customers while managing documentation, order tracking and internal reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in international trade, sourcing and global supply chain management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Operations

- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFIs) and Commercial Invoices.
- Manage purchase orders and sales orders.
- Maintain shipment and order records.
- Build and update internal databases and reporting systems.
- Monitor order progress from enquiry to delivery.

Supplier Management
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Follow up on production timelines.
- Track order status and resolve operational issues.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships.

Customer Operations
- Act as a point of contact for customers.
- Provide shipment updates and respond to enquiries.




- Coordinate documentation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments.

Administration
- Maintain organised trade documentation.
- Assist with payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Generate operational reports.
- Support process improvements and business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- MUST BE BASED IN PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.
- 1- 3 years of experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a small quick-paced environment.
