Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Ticketing Trainee role based in Hyderabad. The trainee will assist with booking and managing international flight tickets, including searching fares, comparing routes, and confirming reservations through global distribution systems and airline portals. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, preparing itineraries, updating booking records, and coordinating changes, cancellations, and refunds in line with airline policies.

The role involves supporting senior ticketing staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely communication with customers and travel partners.



The trainee will also learn industry procedures, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide reliable service to travelers. Qualifications

Valuable English Speaking & Writing Skills (Communication Skills).

Graduate or Post graduate from Hyderabad based college for local market understanding. Strong interest in travel, international ticketing, and learning global distribution systems (GDS) and airline booking platforms.

Good numerical and analytical skills for comparing fares, routes, and travel options.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings, documentation, and customer information.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and online research tools.

Relevant coursework or training in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.

Prior internship or exposure to travel agencies, ticketing, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
