Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over calls, emails, and chat, and resolve them professionally within the expected turnaround time

- Share accurate product and service information based on customer needs

- Drive sales by identifying genuine upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations

- Convert leads into customers while maintaining a robust focus on customer satisfaction

- Escalate complex issues to seniors or supervisors with proper context

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate, any stream

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Basic computer knowledge
