Role Description:

1. The International Business Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara/ Nandesari.
2. The role involves identifying and developing international markets, managing export operations, and supporting international trade activities.
3. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and partners, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with global trade regulations.
4. The International Business Executive will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning for international expansion.

The role also includes preparing business proposals, attending trade fairs or industry events, and providing regular reporting on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess skills in International Business and International Trade to manage cross-border operations and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in International Sales and Sales to drive revenue growth and build overseas customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with global clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience in agri-inputs, agrochemicals, or related industries, particularly in international markets, is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and to work in an on-site workplace in Vadodara/Nandesari.
