Medios Solutions is hiring a International Business Development Specialist for International B2B Sales. Solutions is a Real Estate Media Post-Production company based in Mumbai. We work with international real estate photographers, agents, brokerages, and real estate marketing companies.

- Real Estate Marketing Support Services We already have an existing database of qualified international leads from the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Your role will not be limited to finding leads from scratch. You will get the opportunity to work on real international prospects, speak with overseas clients, offer free trials, book meetings, and close new business.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience.

Incentives: You will start earning incentives once you generate $2,000 in realized sales.

Incentive structure

- 3% incentive starting from $2,000 in sales
- Higher performance brackets with 5% incentive
- Top performance brackets with 7% incentive For incentive calculation, i.e: $2,000 sales value will be converted into INR based on the applicable exchange rate, and the incentive percentage will be calculated and paid in INR along with the salary*. Incentives will be paid on realized customer payments, not just verbal commitments. This means strong performers have a clear opportunity to earn significantly above the fixed salary. Role Responsibilities • Call existing international leads
- Generate new leads when required
- Send email outreach and follow-ups
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach
- Speak with USA, Canada,



Australia, and Europe-based prospects
- Understand client requirements
- Explain Medios Solutions’ services clearly
- Offer and coordinate free trials
- Schedule Zoom / Google Meet meetings
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Close new clients
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
- Update lead status, notes, next follow-up dates, and pipeline stages
- Build a repeatable international sales process
- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets Who Should Apply You should apply if you:

Job Type: Full time Shift Timings Since this role involves speaking with USA and Canada-based clients, candidates must be flexible with US Eastern Time working hours.

During Eastern Standard

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST During Eastern Daylight Time:

7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST Final shift timing may be adjusted based on business requirements and target markets.

Transportation

Candidates will be responsible for managing their own travel to and from the office, as company transportation is not provided.
