Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.

- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

- Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
