Role Description The Internal Auditor is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for evaluating and improving internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing financial and operational audits, reviewing accounting records and business processes, and preparing clear audit reports with findings and recommendations. The role involves assessing the effectiveness of policies and procedures, identifying control gaps,



and collaborating with management to develop corrective action plans.

The Internal

Auditor will also monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a structured and timely manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Audits skills to review transactions, statements, and compliance with relevant standards.

Candidates should possess robust Audit Reports and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, and prepare clear, actionable audit documentation.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with stakeholders at different levels.

Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CIA) are an advantage.

Experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance within consulting, marketing, or service-based organizations is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple audits and deadlines.
