Salary: INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance) Openings: Full-Time, On-site About the Role Real Boosting Consulting Pvt. Ltd. works on Government of India MSME projects, helping enterprises achieve ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certification, a maturity-based rating scheme run under the Ministry of MSME.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Review documentation, checklists, and evidence prepared by ZED Facilitators for Silver and Gold certification applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness as per QCI/MSME guidelines.

- Cross-verify forms, self-assessment scores, and supporting evidence (photographs, SOPs, registers, etc.) submitted by facilitators before final submission on the ZED portal.
- Identify gaps, errors, or non-conformances in the prepared documentation and coordinate with facilitators for corrections.
- Maintain an internal audit trail, trackers, and status reports for each enterprise/application handled by the team.
- Ensure all submitted applications comply with the relevant ZED parameters (quality, safety, energy, environment, and productivity).




- Coordinate with certification/assessment bodies as needed to resolve queries or clarifications on submitted applications.
- Stay updated with ZED scheme guidelines, parameters, and portal (zed.msme.gov.in) updates, and share relevant changes with the facilitator team.
- Conduct occasional spot-checks or field visits to verify facilitator-reported data, as required.

Requirements & Qualifications: 1. B.Tech graduate (any branch)

- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in audit, quality, compliance, or documentation roles required; freshers will not be considered.
- Basic understanding of quality management concepts (ISO 9001/14001/45001 awareness is a plus, not mandatory).
- Solid documentation and report-writing skills; comfortable working with checklists and structured formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with document-heavy, deadline-driven work.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred, for occasional site visits/spot-checks.
