Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team at PVR INOX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all technical equipment related to cinema operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on projection systems, sound equipment, and other technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during screenings and events to minimize disruption.
- Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and lighting.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the cinema management and other team members to coordinate technical needs for special events and screenings.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of audio-visual equipment, projection systems, and lighting technology.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
