Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Quickbase applications based on business requirements.
- Administer and optimize Quickbase environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop and implement workflow automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Quickbase with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.
- Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Provide user support by troubleshooting application issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Monitor application performance and carry out regular system maintenance and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- (Optional) Support or contribute to Zoho platform solutions (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Sprints) where business needs overlap with low-code application development and workflow automation.

Requirements for the role:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Quickbase application development and administration.
- Strong understanding of Quickbase forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Skills/Certifications:

- Experience integrating Quickbase with enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Good to Have (Optional Zoho Capabilities):
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator or other low-code/no-code platforms, with the ability to translate application-building concepts across platforms.
- Familiarity with the broader Zoho ecosystem such as Zoho CRM, oho Analytics, and Zoho Sprints.
- Experience with Zoho Flow for building automated, cross-application workflows and integrations.
- Working knowledge of Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) for custom logic and automation.
- Experience integrating Zoho applications with Quickbase or other enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
