10+ years' experience in Project Management, Service Management, Operational Readiness (Telco

experience is recommended)

Successful delivery of global customer transformation and integration programs

Strong knowledge of ITIL v4

Experience across SD-WAN, LAN, Security, Cloud, UC/Voice, Contact Centre and ITSM ecosystems

Strong stakeholder, governance and supplier management capabilities

Experience with ITSM, Monitoring, Observability, Automation and Digital platforms

Ability to work transversally across business and technology organizations

Skills & Competencies:

Proven ability to manage, mentor and build relationships within Orange Business and towards customer

management peers
