Job Overview:

As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence on various online platforms such as eBay, Etsy, and others. Your primary focus will be to onboard sellers, manage team targets and performance, performance marketing strategies, and ensure smooth catalog management and product listings across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Sellers: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with sellers to expand our marketplace presence and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the marketplace operations team, monitor team targets, manage enthusiasm levels, and minimize shrinkage.
- Catalog Management: Ensure accurate and comprehensive product listings on all online platforms, including managing A+ Content, A/B testing, coupons, deals, and bulk product uploads.




- Inventory and Logistics: Manage FBA shipments, inventory replenishment, orders, return claims, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify trends, opportunities, and key performance indicators. Present insights and reports to management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Manage account health, monitor performance metrics, and mitigate risks to prevent any suspensions or restrictions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Manage shipping labels, invoices, shipments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
