Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Manage customer waiting time and seating arrangements.
- Offer refreshments to customers as per company standards.
- Maintain the reception and showroom entrance in a clean and presentable condition.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle basic customer enquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
