Job Title: Apprentice Maturity Payout Operations (Offrole)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare maturity payment vouchers and process policy payouts.
- Handle customer queries and payout-related requests.
- Ensure accurate payout processing with 100% compliance.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal payout TAT.
- Update payout status in internal systems (RCS).
- Maintain records and MIS using MS Excel.
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate with good communication skills.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing,
- Maturity Claims/Payouts, or Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with robust accuracy and time management skills.
