Incumbent will be responsible for strategizing and executing legal action on delinquent loan accounts while ensuring compliance to all regulations and company policies. Responsible to work along with collections team

Required Candidate profile
Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Law (LLB)
Knowledge of laws relating to mortgage lending
Familiar with local court process
Knowledge on recovery related laws
